Website & enquiry terms

Enquiries are not orders

Adding products to the cart, submitting a quote request or receiving a request reference does not create a purchase, reserve stock, place a supplier order or authorise a charge. A receipt confirms that a request was saved only.

A purchase can proceed only after the product specification, availability, total price, delivery arrangements, seller details and applicable sale terms have been provided, and the required acceptance steps have been completed.

Products and vehicle fitment

Product descriptions identify supplier-reference products and their stated fitment. They do not establish an authorised dealership or a supply agreement. A photograph may show other parts or a complete vehicle; only the items listed in an accepted quote are included.

Please provide the vehicle's generation, build year, variant and relevant equipment when enquiring. We will confirm the quoted specification before sale. Tell us any particular purpose or fitment requirement on which you intend to rely.

Prices and catalogue changes

Price on enquiry means no sale price has yet been offered. Catalogue details can be corrected as information is verified. A later website change does not, by itself, change an accepted order or remove your legal rights.

Responsible use

Provide accurate details and submit information you are entitled to share. Do not use the forms to send card details, passwords, spam or unlawful material. Supplier and manufacturer names identify products; they do not imply affiliation.

Questions and rights

Contact us through the Contact form, quoting any request reference. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Shipping and Returns & warranty information form part of the information supplied before any purchase.
