Delivery is confirmed with your quote

Product availability, dispatch location, shipping charges and delivery timing are confirmed for your selected parts and postcode before you are asked to pay. A catalogue photograph or supplier link is not a statement that we hold that item in Australia.

Your quote will identify the parts and quantities, shipping arrangements, estimated dispatch and transit times, and the total payable in Australian dollars, including applicable taxes and any charges you must pay separately. Painting, fitting and other services are included only when expressly listed.

Imported, custom and bulky parts

Some products require an overseas shipment, special production or bulky freight. Those arrangements and any delivery restrictions will be explained in the quote. We do not publish a standard delivery promise while these arrangements are unconfirmed.

Delivery questions

Use our Contact form and include your request or order reference. If an agreed shipment is delayed or cannot be supplied, we will discuss the available options with you. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
