CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Returns & warranty
These provisions explain how product issues will be handled when we sell goods. The current catalogue accepts enquiries, not orders.
Draft customer information. Merchant and fulfilment details are still being finalised.
Your consumer rights
Australian Consumer Law provides guarantees that cannot be excluded by this policy. Goods must meet the guarantees that apply, including matching their description and being fit for an agreed purpose. These rights also apply to eligible imported, discounted, custom-made and preorder goods.
For a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement, or keep the goods and seek compensation for their reduced value. For a minor failure, we will provide a remedy as required by law, which may include a free repair within a reasonable time. Further remedies can apply if it is not resolved. Other compensation rights may also apply.
Report a problem
Use our Contact form with your reference, proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Photos can help. Contact us before returning bulky parts so arrangements can be made; original packaging is not a condition of a consumer-guarantee claim.
If a fault is confirmed, reasonable return costs are reimbursed. We arrange collection or transport for faulty goods that are large, heavy or difficult to remove, as required by law. You can raise a claim with us rather than being required to deal only with the manufacturer.
Change of mind
A voluntary change-of-mind return is separate from a claim about faulty, unsuitable-as-agreed or misdescribed goods. Any change-of-mind arrangement, cancellation charge or custom-order restriction must be clearly agreed before purchase. We do not currently promise a general change-of-mind return window.
Additional warranties
Any manufacturer or seller warranty offered for a product will be identified before sale. It supplements your consumer-guarantee rights and does not set their maximum duration. No fixed additional warranty period is promised by this catalogue.
Before fitting
Inspect the parts and check the agreed specification before painting or fitting. If you find damage or a mismatch, contact us first. This request does not remove your statutory rights.
